the following rules apply for downloading and submitting the Housing Application Form:

1. One Download Per Email: You are only allowed to download the application form once using your personal email address. Reusing the same email to download multiple forms will result in automatic disqualification.
2. Unique Reference Number: Each downloaded form is assigned a secret reference number. This number is embedded into your form and retrieved upon submission.
3. No Sharing of Forms: If someone shares a downloaded form and it is submitted by another person, the application will be rejected. Only forms generated directly by the system with a valid reference number will be accepted.
4. Use Your Own Email: Every applicant must download the form themselves using their own email address. Do not use someone else's email to obtain the form.
5. Writable PDF Format: The form is a writable PDF and can be downloaded directly from our website. Simply click on "How to Apply for Housing" and follow the instructions. You will then receive a notification with access to download the form.

How I May Disqualify Myself from the Application Process

1. Multiple Downloads: Downloading the application form more than once may prevent the system from assigning a reference number to your submission.

2. No Reference Number Assigned:  Applications downloaded multiple times will not receive a unique reference number via email.

3. No Processing Without Reference Number: Applications without an assigned reference number will not be processed.

4. Incomplete Applications:  Submitting an incomplete application will result in no reference number being assigned.

5. Printed Forms Not Accepted: The system only assigns reference numbers to digitally completed original forms. Printed or copied forms will not be recognized or processed.
